We do not represent or warrant that the information on our web site is accurate, complete, or current. This includes pricing and availability information. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without giving prior notice.We have made efforts to display accurately the colors of products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and/or other technological circumstance, we cannot and do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.


Free shipping on all U.S orders.

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. Once the order is received, you can send the item back.

Orders placed online are normally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days as peak sale events and holidays. We accept most major credit cards and PayPal. We ship only to the billing address on file with your credit card or bank and cannot ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes. To assure prompt and on time delivery, please ship to your billing address. All non-confirmed PayPal purchases will be cancelled by SoleGoods.com If your PayPal payment has not cleared within 24 hours of placing your order the item(s) will be put back on the shelf. If the item sells before payment has been received a refund will be given on the order.

To protect our customers, SoleGoods is unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, we will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

Due to our Fraud Protection Policy, all online orders are required to have identical Billing and Shipping Addresses. To minimize any fraudulent transactions, any orders with different shipping and billing addresses will not be processed.SoleGoods is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Should the buyer encounter an issue with receiving a package, the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.


If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase it can be returned.

If you have a problem with your order please email us right away at info@solegoods.com and reference your order number in the email.

Merchandise must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt. (this will be determined by your tracking information)

All returns must be brand new (never opened) in the original sealed packaging with tags attached to ensure item/s are not damaged worn, used, or washed.

Please allow 7 calendar days upon delivery of your order for refunds to be processed .

We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost for all returns.

Please include your order number and your reason for return inside the package, if you are unable to locate your order number please contact us. Be sure to obtain a tracking number from whichever carrier you choose to use!

There are no returns on sale items or when a coupon code is used.


At this time we do not provide international shipping. Please contact us directly before submitting any orders.


We currently don’t offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the unwanted item back to us for a refund and placing a new order.

Sale Items:

Sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

Orders that used a promotional code are considered to be sale items since it is using a code for a discounted price. We will not issue a refund for the items.
